> Returns referral codes ranked by points, highest first; ties go to the code claimed earliest. `volumeUsd` is referral volume: each $1 of completed transfers bridged by the direct referrals of a code counts $1, by their referrals $0.10, one level further $0.01; 1 point per $1 of referral volume, floored. `limit` is 1 to 100 and defaults to 25. The board is refreshed about every 30 seconds; `updatedAt` says when.
