Only venues with a fast fill lane are asked, and the table is ranked by net output like `POST /bridge/quote`. Every `amountOutAtomic` already has the venue's gas charge and the platform fee taken off. Always a firm quote. `privacy: true` is refused with `fast_fill_not_private`.
